Street food

On the way back from Cape Coast going toward Accra, enterprising young men sell treats along the roadside.



This gentleman displays a cut-open roasted grasscutter, sort of a giant rat-type creature.



Close-up, it looks like something you dissected in science class.



Mmm, mmm. Hungry now?
